3. Written/hard copy data is held in a secure, locked facility and access is available only to staff of Gorilla Warfare for the purposes of providing safe treatment to clients.
4. The treatment booking system available on our website is provided by Treatwell. Client details are held digitally on their secure servers and access to the booking platform is password protected. Only Gorilla Warfare staff are able to access the system for the purpose of providing treatment services and for management of the platform. 6. When paperwork is due for disposal, it will be incinerated.
